Originally from Québec, Annik moved her studio to Prince Edward County in 2014 to be close to the source of inspiration for her landscape and still life paintings. Her works in oil combine simple composition and brilliant colour in a contemporary expression of classical subject-matter. Annik has had solo shows in Ottawa and Toronto. Her works can be found in private collections in Canada and abroad.
Stop by for a complimentary sample of Stardust, our new Traditional Method Brut Cuvee Vintage 2011 and some delicious hors d'oeuvres.
On February 9, join Chef Carl Heinrich of Toronto’s Richmond Station at Loyalist College for The Art of Flavour, the fifth dinner in this new Resto 213 culinary series. Beverage pairings for this event will be provided by Dan Sullivan of Rosehall Run.
The Art of Flavour events are unique in that they are comprised of a three-course menu designed by a local chef. The dishes are paired with a local craft brewer or winemaker. Guests will be treated to stories about each dish and pairing.

Last year, the Toronto Grinders took the cup home after beating the Montreal Mashers in the inaugural Barn Burner hockey game that brought culinary greats like Jamie Kennedy, Cory Vitello, Derek Dammann, Anthony Walsh, and Ted Corrado, the executive corporate chef of one of our favourite local haunts - the Drake Devonshire - and more to the ice.
Watch all-star chefs from Toronto + Montreal face off for an exhibition game you can really sink your teeth into. Proceeds from every ticket will be donated to Community Food Centres Canada + The StoreHouse Food Bank in Wellington and includes eats by some of Toronto & Montreal's best.
Hit the road in the Barn Burner Bus with a ride to-and-from the game with a Bus ticket! And if you're sticking around, don't forget your tickets to the after-party at Drake Devonshire Inn when chefs from both sides come together to cook an epic feast to be paired with Rosehall Run wines!
We'll see you there!
