With over 30 years experience as an Ontario winemaker, Dan is now recognized as one of the top winemakers in the region. After 15 years honing his craft as an award-winning member of the Amateur Winemakers of Ontario, in 2000, he embarked on his dream of growing and making estate wines in Prince Edward County. To this day, Dan remains the head winemaker at Rosehall Run Vineyards.
As an industry leader, Dan works with chefs, restaurateurs and fellow winemakers to raise the profile of Ontario's thriving local food and wine community. Dan is a member of the Wine Council of Ontario Board of Directors, a member of the VQA Board of Directors and serves on the Advisory Committee for the Algonquin College Sommelier Certificate Program in Ottawa.
Lynn Sullivan is a Managing Partner of Rosehall Run. Together with her partner, winemaker and viticulturist Dan Sullivan, Lynn oversees all of the administrative functions of the vineyard/winery, tasting bar and Greer Road Grocer. Lynn is an active participant in the Prince Edward County wine and culinary tourism community and is a former CEO of Taste the County and a past chair of the Prince Edward County Winegrowers Association. She also served on the Prince Edward County Community and Economic Development Commission and the Board of Directors of Regional Tourism Organization 9. She is currently a Board member of the Culinary Tourism Alliance.
Cam and Cindy Reston
Cam and Cindy's unwavering faith in Dan's winemaking talents and Lynn and Dan's management of Rosehall Run has sustained us since our inception in 2001. Cam (JCR) continues to lend support and expertise during the successful growth and development of the vineyard/winery. Cindy Zwicker Reston, Lynn's sister, has been an enthusiastic champion of the family winery while continuing her career as an education professional in Toronto.
J.J. is a hospitality professional with an expertise in wine and culinary and a keen passion for our local food producers, food purveyors, and farm-to-table restaurants. Her restaurant and catering background is integral to Rosehall Run's relationship with our County culinary partners and restaurant owners across the province. Her knowledge and contacts in the industry are key to her role managing Sales, Product development and Marketing in both the Licensee and LCBO streams.
Mark Kotsovos is our retail manager and social media strategist for Rosehall Run Vineyards. With over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry, he has earned a name for building exciting, yet affordable wine programs. He brings that passion to Rosehall Run and is excited to share his knowledge with those yet to discover an appreciation for Dan’s craft and Prince Edward County wines.
Dylan has been part of Rosehall Run’s story since he was 10 years old providing a wealth of insider knowledge and customer information. Dylan is the go-to guy for all inquiries relating to orders for home or business, overseeing the shipping and delivery of wine all across Canada. Dylan also works with Dan to curate the seasonal Vintner’s Choice Subscription Boxes. Recently he has partnered with local artisans to stock our onsite Greer Road Grocer with a unique array of Prince Edward County products.
Prior to joining Rosehall Run as Senior Sales Associate in 2019, Edward owned and operated the Merrill Inn and Restaurant in Picton for 16 years. His career in the hotel industry included senior management roles in Canada, the US and Great Britain. Edward is a graduate of the school of Hospitality Management at Ryerson University in Toronto. He is an avid wine enthusiast and has earned certifications from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust based in England.
After 30 years in the telecommunication business, Steve has returned to his true calling. Steve is no stranger to wine and food. Having obtained his Certificate of Qualification (red seal) as a chef in the 80’s and owning a vineyard for 15 years in Prince Edward County, we welcome his return to the PEC wine community by joining the Rosehall Run team as Dan’s right-hand man, overseeing operations and maintenance. Steve’s view is that we do not only have the opportunity to pour industry-leading wines for our guests; we have the privilege to educate as well.
