Tasting Notes

Medium bodied, soft rose petal aromas, on the palate there are fresh mixed red berry flavours with bright acidity and hints of white pepper on the finish, complex and refreshing.

Food Pairing Suggestions

Enjoy this rosé with green salad with mixed berries, simple pasta dishes with cherry tomatoes, light seafood like grilled calamari or white fish.

Critical Acclaim

“The fruit is rich on the nose with strawberry and cherry. On the palate the fruit opens up with the same richness you have on the nose. But the finish starts to bring up some slight grapefruit notes as the wine finishes bone dry with a crisp acid finish. The concentration of red fruit flavours is impressive and gives this wine enough depth that it will hold up well next to barbequed red meat (I enjoyed this wine with smoked Brisket) but it is still light enough that it will be just at home next to grilled veggies or a summer salad.” ****+ André Proulx, andrewinereview.ca

“A bouquet of rose petals and red berry fruit waft easily from this complex Rosé. It envelops the palate with tang-infused flavour—pie cherry, passion fruit and ruby red grapefruit—persisting through the mouth-watering finish. Medium-bodied and nicely textured, it’s crisp, refreshing and bountiful. Take out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving with a mixed deli platter, charcuterie board or Caesar salad adorned with grilled chicken strips.” ****Vic Harradine, winecurrent.com

“A tart, juicy, mouth-watering rosé with aromas of sour cherry and cranberry. Pair with planked salmon.” Natalie Maclean, nataliemaclean.com
