Tasting Notes

This rosé has medium body, on the nose bright citrus fruit with hints of floral, on the palate shows peach, tangerine and honey characters with refreshing acidity and hints of white paper on the finish.

Food Pairing Suggestions

Enjoy this rosé with a summer salad with mixed berries; delicious with simple prepared chicken or pork chops, also a great wine to pair with any grilled fish or shellfish; for example, herbed citrus grilled shrimp and scallop.

Critical Acclaim

“A gorgeous salmon-pink hued in the glass, aromas of spice, strawberry and orange peel mingle on the nose. A laser-like line of racy tang streaks across the palate with great élan—red currant, pie cherry and passionfruit to the fore. Palate flavours replay on the finish with gusto. Pour alongside prawn ceviche, charcuterie board, sushi or white pizza.” Vic Harradine, winecurrent.ca

“This blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir is bursting with cherries, strawberries and cranberries on the nose. It turns prettier on the plate with the full range of red fruits, hint of sweetness but all leading to dry, refreshing finish. Tasty!” Rick VanSickle, winesinniagara.com
