This charmat method sparkling wine has a very gentle fruity aroma on the nose. It is lively and fizzy on the palate with white peach, fresh lychee characters and hints of citrus and a lingering refreshing finish.
Food Pairing Suggestions
A superb aperitif to enjoy with prosciutto or cured ham with olives, oysters or fish carpaccio. Also perfect with savoury pairings and light meals or simple seafood, like smoked salmon or sushi.
“This brings to my glass everything I love about these aromatic varietals – this is the vinous equivalent of walking through a field of flowers in the late summer. I am told this is off-dry, and there is a bit of sweetness that helps the fruit and flowers pop on the mid palate, but this is met with perfectly balanced acidity…Not a pretentious ounce in this bottle enjoy this frequently."

“Aromas of honey, floral and lychee notes show the way to a value-packed, sweet and tang shower of refreshing bubbles and fruit flavours on the palate—ripe Bosc pear and honeydew melon perfectly balanced with ruby red grapefruit and mandarin orange. It’s medium bodied with good mouthfeel and lengthy, dry finish. The delightful yin and yang of flavours provide myriad opportunities—drink on its own as a welcoming wine or aperitif, or pour with seafood appetizers or spicy Asian cuisine.”
