2017 Hungry Point Sauvignon Blanc

Two thirds of the juice was fermented in stainless steel resting on lees for six months. The remaining 500 L was barrel fermented in a new Acacia wood barrel for the same duration. The result is a Sauvignon Blanc that boasts candied lemon notes throughout and that is crisp and refreshing with lively acidity that makes it ideal for food pairings.
